Introduction
Swansons Nanny Agency has been finding suitable, happy and rewarding jobs for Nannies since 1984 – originally serving the West London area and now covering North London as well.
The Agency has a continual variety of living-in and daily placements and a very active part-time Nanny Share register.
Our prime concern is making the best possible match of child-carer and employer. This is achieved by careful consideration of the requirements of both parties and by getting to know each person, as an individual, as well as possible.
Once you have approached Swansons Agency, Anne or Jane will ask you to come in for an interview and chat, to establish what type of work you are looking for. You will be expected to provide an up to date CV with a complete work history, together with references to cover your most recent jobs. These will be checked and verified, so addresses and telephone numbers should also be included. A recent photograph of yourself is required as well as some form of ID. If you are visiting Britain please bring your work permit and passport.
Once you have started your new job Swansons likes to keep in touch, and is always ready to give support and advice should it be needed. We will also be able to put you in touch with other Nannies working in your area should you not be familiar with London.
You will never pay Swansons Nanny Agency any deposit or registration fee. There is no charge whatsoever to our child care applicants.
All applicants are required to attend a personal interview before being put forward for any available position.
